Bio Peroformance Converted Bio Ethanol Concept Car

We can provide kits to convert most fuel injection cars to run on Bioethanol.

Full Flex is the leading conversion kit in the world and has already been installed on thousands of vehicles. This device has existed in the Brazilian automotive market for over 20 years.

Full flex bioethanol conversion kit Full Flex Gold Bi-Fuel Manager works with software and microprocessors that automatically adapt to your fuel system requirements. There is no polarity concern with Full Flex. The computer system calculates an ultra fine adjustment, which may increase fuel economy and better performance for your vehicle. This device distinguishes the power or ground pulse to the vehicle injector and uses which ever needed to control the pulse. There are no switches or control pads, simply plug and play!
  • Full Flex Gold is an intelligent electronic manager run by microprocessors and a software that control the vehicle stoichiometry, thus enabling the ideal fuel adjustment, offering a balance between freedom and economy at refuelling time.
  • Full Flex Gold is a product specially developed for vehicles with injection system and digital ignition (Multipoint/Monopoint), mainly original flex vehicles. It aims to offer the choice of using petrol, bioethanol or a mixture of both.
  • The product is a fully automatic and programmable bi-fuel electronic management system whose functions are controlled by software. This software operates with the information received from the ECU.
  • These kits are easily fitted by anybody with basic mechanical knowledge and full fitting instructions are included. The fitting process takes up to 1hr to complete.
Essential requirements to be met before conversion

The items below should be inspected and replaced if not in a good condition:
  • Spark Plugs and Spark Plug Cables:
They should be kept with the same thermal degree indicated by the engine manufacturer; this should not be altered. They should be changed at manufacturers recommended intervals.
  • Fuel and Engine Oil Filters:
They should be changed for the engine safety and user comfort sake. It is recommended to make the change at the first 625 miles after the Full Flex Gold installation, because the oil filter and fuel filter can be contaminated with the sludge caused by petroleum. From then on, the change should be made at manufacturers recommended intervals.
  • Fuel Pump:
Check the fuel pump pressure and flow. These items are important for the good operation of the system. The fuel pump should be in accordance and within the standards set by the vehicle manufacturer. If any of the sludge, which has accumulated at the fuel filter, passes through it can cause damage to the pump, which reinforces the importance of checking the fuel filter. The use of ethanol reduces the vehicles original fuel pump useful life, serious wear can occur due to the removing of the deposits left by the petroleum impurities in the fuel tank.
  • Cooling Liquid:
This should be reasonably clean and free from impurities in order to maintain optimum cooling conditions. When changing, always make sure you top up with the appropriate amount of anti-freeze.
  • Engine:
In spite of the higher consumption per mile travelled, the bioethanol is cleaner and does not cause problems and if used in an E85 mix it will promote better lubrication of the parts in contact with the mixture and thus, will increase the engine useful life and ensure a significant increase in fuel economy. An engine that runs on bioethanol and petroleum is more economical, ensures a long useful life due to the low contamination of oil and most importantly, is pollution free.
  • Injectors:
The injectors should not be cleaned .The injectors are gauged to run under the normal pressure of 3.0 bar, with 5% tolerance; a low tolerance that if not respected, can cause losses: increased consumption, poor vehicle performance, bumps while changing gears and difficulty to reach the maximum speed.
  • Polarity:
The polarity of the injectors is important; some vehicle manufacturers invert the feeding, thus causing problems when you have to install some equipment. However, Full Flex Gold recognizes the polarity automatically, as well as the injection nozzle resistance and the current used, thus avoiding problems during the product installation.
  • MAP Sensor:
Check the sensor pressure, which should be within the manufacturer's specifications. The MAP sensor has a useful life of about 25,000 miles; it is advisable to change it after that.
  • Lambda Sensor:
It should be in perfect operating condition, which means that submitted to an evaluation it should be oscillating between 50 and 950 m volts, always bordering on minimum and maximum. It should not lock.
  • All other sensors:
Make sure that all other vehicle sensors are in good working condition, the full flex unit needs the proper data to run engine controls to allow normal driving conditions to be met
Information we need to know about your vehicle

In order for us to be able to supply you with the correct kit for your vehicle we need you to provide us with the following information:

Fuel injector connectors
  • Injector Type - If unknown, this can be found by comparing your injectors with the images above.
  • Manufacturer (I.e. Nissan)
  • Model (I.e. Silvia S15 Spec R Turbo)
  • Engine Size (I.e. 2.0ltr)
  • Number of cylinders (I.e. 4)
All our conversions are supplied with an integrated cold start system that keeps track of the ambient temperature of your engine and makes the necessary adjustments to give an easier start on those cold mornings.
