Fitting of the Full Flex Bioethanol Conversion Kit is a very simple 6 step process, as detailed below. Please ensure you have read the Product Imformation page before going ahead with the installation of your kit, especially take note of the pre-installation information.



Step 1

Locate the vehicles injector nozzle connectors.









Step 2

Release the vehicle injector nozzle connectors.









Step 3

Check for the existence of a male and female connectors.









Step 4

Connect the Full Flex Gold female connectors to the vehicle injector nozzles, connect the Full Flex Gold male connectors to the female connectors of the ECU loom.




Step 5

Connect the Full Flex Gold black wire with the round terminal on to the batteries negative terminal.










Step 6

Connect the cold start cable, the last one left to a secure grounding point on the engine block, check all connections are securely fitted and strap the Full Flex Gold unit near the battery using a double face band.
